I had an under the muscle breast augmentation with Dr Burt in 2014, and it was the biggest regret I’ve had of my entire life and has caused me so much embarrassment and limits my wardrobe incredibly not wanting to show even a small tiny bit of my cleavage/breasts. Soon after the surgery I noticed a double double and severe animation deformity where she cut into my muscle …and I mentioned it at follow up and all she had to say was “I think in terms of the result I think we have an A+” … arrogantly dismissing my concerns. Additionally, ever since the surgery I have had near total nipple and breast numbness and random left shooting breast pains. I have had multiple surgeries to remove the implants and try to repair my pectoralis major muscle that she aggressively cut …with no success. I also reached out to her office several times for my before and after photos and my op report for my reference and continuously get ignored. This surgery was 10 years ago, but now that I’m trying to schedule yet another revision I decided I needed to speak up and hopefully save another young naive woman the lifetime of heartache and disappointment. 0 stars if I could. She ruined the majority of my young adult life. I am almost 34 now and have not confidently been nude or worn a low cut top since before I was 23. Sadly the truth is that she probably has no idea who I am today anymore, but I think back to the day I met her almost every day of my life in regret wishing I could go back in time and stop myself.

Dr. Burt is the best. She performed the Mommy Makeover surgery on me in January of 2023. After interviewing four other doctors, she stood out above the rest not just because of her knowledge but also because she listened to me and her bedside manner. She took the time to listen to all my questions. She made me feel comfortable with the decisions that I made. I would highly recommend her. Her staff is extraordinary as well.
