I just want to rave on Cayla, the PA. She has been doing my injectables since she has been at this office. She is so kind, personable, and really knowledgeable. She listens to me and helps me come up with a plan of what will address my concerns. She never tries to oversell me on extra procedures. She is so gentle and explains everything she is doing. The office staff is also amazing and friendly. I highly recommend them!

I visited Dr Timas at Jax Beach location for multiple appts and reasons. I’m so grateful to Dr. Trimas for helping me. 10years ago I got filler in my face by another doctor which ruined my face. I had to live with my face issue for years, I was depressed because everyone made comments about my face looking different. I visited a few plastic surgeons in Jax and none of them had the acknowledge to help me. Finally God answered to my prayers and I heard about Dr.Trimas on Realself website, a FACIAL PLASTIC SURGEON who is expert for face issues. At my consultation appt, Dr. Trimas said it is easily fixable with face liposuction to remove old fillers that wasn’t dissolving. I could NOT believe it, I was surprised since no other Drs mentioned that to me. Dr. Trimas was super kind and listen to my concerns without rushing me and without judging me for going to another doctor. He helped me and removed my old face lump from filler with a simple, affordable, quick, and SAFE procedure. I truly appreciate him forever! After my procedure I cried on my way home because I couldn’t believe that my face finally going back to normal in lower cheek area. I also had an issue with my upper lip, he offered me a few different options & gave me his honest opinion to wait and think about it before making my final decision…. Dr. Trimas is one the BEST doctor in JAX unlike many doctors that I went to for help, he is really knowledgeable and was not interested to make money of me and he was interested to really help me. He always takes the time to explain everything to his patients & leaves it to them to make the right decision.…I am so happy to meet him and will always go to him for everything because I trust him 100%. I am super careful now and get nervous do to any procedure but this doctor is so kind and knowledgeable that you will have nothing to worry about. He NEVER rush you to do anything he truly cares about his patients. His staff are super professional and kind as well.

Dr Trimas is an absolute expert in his field. He corrected my nose, and I would recommend him just on the fact that he is a miracle worker of a surgeon, but I have to say I was blown away by the hospitality of his entire staff. Every single person he works with goes out of their way to make you feel at ease. Every step of the way, I just felt completely at home. Dr Trimas is also very kind and patient. He never rushed me through anything. He patiently listened to my concerns and didn't mind spending time explaining and reassuring me. If you want a pleasant experience with an exceptional surgeon, Dr Trimas is your man!

Rae is a “pump” and run PA. Thought under the umbrella of a plastic surgeon, it would be a good experience. She was curt, did not listen and the results were repulsive. Made an appointment for a follow up. She did not make eye contact and would not even let me sit down. She was done once she got the money. No compassion, fast talker and wants you in and out in a flash. So disappointed and unfortunately, I have to live with the deformed looking lips unless I pay another fortune for a correction (due to her ineptness) in a month.
