Do not give them your information, they will hound you with emails,calls and texts even when you tell them you're no longer interested. If a company is that desperate for your business as well as acting so rude , do you really want them performing surgery on you?

I've been seeing Dr Dan for over 25 years and probably over 60 visits and now he doesn't take my insurance. A lifetime Dr/patient relationship that is now over. I'm stunned and in disbelief. I suppose this is a facility for more well to do patients now.
